Working Principle
The Double cone mixer is composed of two cylinders welded together in a mixer, and the shape of the container is asymmetric with respect to the axis. Due to the rotating movement, the powder particles are continuously alternated, divided, and merged in the inclined cylinder;the materials are randomly transferred from one triplicity mixer area to another area, and at the same time, the powder particles are slipped and superimposed in space. The particles are distributed on the newly generated surface, so that the shearing and diffusion movement are repeated to achieve the purpose of mixing.
Usage characteristics
1. It is suitable for material with different proportion and large powder particles.
2. It is suitable for the mixing process of ceramic glaze and will not press feed or break the material particles.
