The equipment has automatic weighing, compact and reasonable structure, novel and

beautiful appearance, low noise, low energy consumption, easy operation, which

Combined with belt feeding, the material enters the buffer silo through the belt, and the is

fed into the weighing hopper through the belt controlled by variable frequency. The feeding

amount is controlled by controlling the speed of the belt. Once the weighing hop reaches

the set weight, the pneumatic gate of the weighing hopper automatically opens, and the

material directly enters the packaging bag from the weighing hopper. The clamping device is

opened through the control system, and the bag is taken away by the conveyor belt, with

manual assistance for sealing.

When the equipment is powered on and running, the motor drives the pulley to rotate at

high speed, creating a vacuum in the packaging's discharge mechanism. At the same time,

due to the weight of the material at the inlet, the material leaks into the inlet, and then is

discharged from outlet to complete a full packaging process. At this point, when the material

bag is full and its weight reaches the pre-set weight (which can be adjusted by weights or

setting an automatic controller), the signal from the limit switch or sensor will provide

feedback for comparison. At this point, the solenoid valve will operate close the outlet, stop

the filling, and then the bag will be automatically dropped by the automatic bag-dropping

device or the clamping device at the pocket will loosened, and the bag will be manually dropped.
