Vacuum feeder, also known as vacuum conveyor, is a kind of dust-free and sealed

pipeline conveying equipment that uses vacuum suction to convey granular powdery

materials. It uses the pressure difference between vacuum and ambient space to

form gas flow in the pipeline, which drives the movement of powdery materials,

completing the conveying of powders. It is now widely used in chemical, pharmaceutical,

food, metallurgy, building materials, agricultural and sideline industries and other light

and industrial industries.

1. Connect power and start the system: Confirm that the power connection is normal,

then turn on the power switch. Start the control of the real equipment and open the

operation interface.

2. Set parameters: Set the required feeding parameters on the operation interface,

such as feeding time, feeding speed.

3. Check the vacuum pump: Check whether the vacuum pump in the equipment is

operating normally and confirm the working status of the pump.

4. Prepare materials: the materials to be fed into the hopper of the feeder, pay

attention to maintain the sealing of the hopper to prevent vacuum leakage.

5. Adjust the position the suction pipe: Adjust the position of the suction pipe of the

feeder to aim at the materials.

6. Start suction: Press the start button to start the suction the vacuum suction cup,

after the vacuum suction pipe sucks the materials, the feeding process begins, and the

materials are sucked up and placed at the required position.

7.Turn off suction and end operation: After feeding is completed, turn off the suction of

the vacuum suction pipe to release the materials. Check whether the feeding process is

and confirm that the materials have been successfully fed. Turn off the control system

and power of the vacuum feeder to end the operation.
