The vacuum feeder uses vacuum to transport materials, using a closed conveying
pipeline, which replaces the traditional machine conveying, can avoid dust pollution,
improve working environment, and keep it clean and sanitary. The pneumatic
conveying using compressed air as power, simply put, is to use airflow to transport
materials, it uses generator, control valve and closed storage bin, hose to deliver

1. Creating a vacuum environment
The vacuum feeder is usually equipped with devices such as vacuum pumps or
vacuum generators. Once started these devices remove the air inside the equipment,
creating a certain vacuum state at the suction nozzle inlet and throughout the
conveying system. This results in a lower air pressure at suction nozzle, creating a
pressure difference with the external environment.
2. Material suction
Under the action of the pressure difference, powdery and granular materials are into
the suction nozzle along with the external air, forming a material-air stream.
The materials are then transported through the suction pipe to the hopper of the feeder.

entering the filter, thereby improving the efficiency of the filter.
3. Air-material separation
After entering the hopper, the materials undergo air-material separation in the hopper.
The air is discharged from the system through the filter, while the materials, due the
action of gravity, fall freely and are collected in the material bin. The function of the filter
is to effectively separate the materials from the air, prevent the materials being sucked
into the vacuum pump, and ensure that the discharged air meets environmental
protection requirements.
4. Discharging and recycling
When the materials in the material bin reach certain amount or meet the set conditions,
the discharge valve opens, and the materials are discharged through the discharge port
and directly fall into the storage container or downstream equipment After the discharge
is completed, the valve automatically closes, the vacuum pump starts working again, and
the entire conveying process starts over, repeating this cycle to achieve continuous material.
During the discharge process, the back-blow airbag will work automatically to clean the
filter element, ensuring the filtering effect and the normal operation of the system.
