The vacuum loader consists of a vacuum pump (oil-free, water-free), a membrane filter
bag filter, a compressed air back-blow device a pneumatic discharge door device, a
vacuum hopper, and a stainless steel adjustable suction gun, flexible conveying hose, etc.
The vacuum loader has the following: The entire machine uses a vortex air pump as the
power source, which is oil-free, water-free, and maintenance-free. The entire conveying
process is completed a completely sealed state, eliminating the risk of dust pollution.
When the vacuum loader is working, it uses a vortex pump to create a vacuum inside,
causing the inlet of the suction nozzle and the inside the loader to be in a negative
pressure state. The powder is sucked into the nozzle along with the external gas, creating
a material-air whirlwind that travels through suction pipe to the hopper. In the hopper, the
gas and material are separated. The separated material will automatically fall due to its
own gravity and be in the material bin.
