Working principle

Materials enter the crushing cavity inside the equipment through the feed port, and enter the crushing area stably and continuously under the action of gravity or mechanical feeding. A high-speed rotating rotor is installed inside the crushing chamber. The rotor drives the materials to rotate at extremely high speeds and receive strong dynamic impact force. Between the rotor and the equipment wall, the material is violently impacted and crushed, thereby achieving fast and efficient crushing. The crushed materials are screened through the adjustable screen. Materials that meet the required particle size are discharged from the equipment at the bottom of the screen. Oversize materials continue to return to the crushing area for crushing again.
