Working principle
When the airflow screen works, the material enters the screening chamber through the feed port. At the same time, the high-speed air generated by the fan is also injected into it and fully mixed with the material to form a gas-solid two-phase flow. Under the strong action of the air flow, the material is blown and suspended, and the particles are separated from each other and evenly dispersed in the air flow field. As the mixture flows to the screen, the material with a particle size smaller than the screen hole will pass through the screen smoothly under the air flow and become the product discharged under the screen; The material with a particle size larger than the sieve hole is blocked by the screen and cannot pass through. These large granular materials on the screen surface, continue to be washed by air flow, tumbling, and finally discharged through the discharge port, so as to achieve accurate and efficient screening and grading of materials according to particle size, and complete the entire screening and diverting process.
