Working principle

When the intermittent vacuum feeder works, the vacuum generator starts first, quickly pumps the air in the suction pipe and storage tank, so that this part of the space forms a negative pressure environment. When the external atmospheric pressure is seen, the material is immediately "pushed" into the suction pipe from the feed port, and the material is "sucked" into the storage tank along the pipe. When the material accumulation in the storage tank reaches the set limit, the control system responds accurately, the vacuum generator stops operation, the discharge valve is opened, and the material is discharged from the discharge port at the bottom of the tank by gravity to enter the subsequent process. As the material continues to be used, the amount of material in the tank is reduced to the lower limit, the control system is ordered again, the equipment is restarted, and the process of suction, storage and discharge is repeated, so that the efficient and stable intermittent transportation of materials is realized.
