When the fully automatic ton bag packaging machine is working, the materials are
first transported from the storage bin to the feeding port through gravity or
mechanical conveying and then accurately measured by the weighing sensor or
volumetric metering device. When the materials reach the preset weight, the
materials are filled into the ton bag by self or pneumatic filling, and finally the
opening of the ton bag is sealed by heat sealing or sewing according to the material
of the ton bag. The whole process is coordinated by the control system to efficiently
complete the packaging operation.
