Working principle
When the dust-free feeding station is in operation, materials enter through the sealed feeding port, preventing the initial escape of dust. Subsequently, the is activated to create a negative pressure within the station, and the powerful suction quickly draws the raised dust into the dust removal pipeline. The dusty air enters the filtration, where it first encounters a coarse filter screen that intercepts large particles, followed by a medium filter screen that filters smaller particles, and finally an efficient filter screen that fine dust. The purified air is then discharged. In addition, the cleaning mechanism regularly clears the accumulated dust on the filter screens, ensuring the continuous and stable operation of equipment and achieving dust-free feeding.
