Introduction
1-5 Layers Dyeing And Finishing Waste Water Rotary Vibration Filter Vibro Sieve Separator is a sort of high precision powder screening machine, the advantages are:low noise, high efficiency, fast network required for 3-5 minutes, fully enclosed structure, it is suitable for sieving and filtering grain, powder and mucus material. The vibration source of rotary vibration sieve is vertical motor, the motor is installed with upper and lower eccentric weight at both ends,changing the motor rotary motion into horizontal, vertical, and inclined motions,hence the movement is transferred to the screen surface.What’s more,the material trajectory on the sieve surface can be adjusted by changing the phase angle of motor upper and lower heavy weights.
Working Principle
The vibration is accomplished by eccentric weights on the upper and lower ends of the motion-generator shaft. The direction of the eccentric weights can change its rotational mode,rotation of the upper weight creates vibration in the horizontal plane, which causes material to move across the screen cloth to the periphery,while the lower weight acts to tilt the machine, causing vibration in the vertical and tangential planes. The trajectories of materials on the screen can be changed by adjusting the phase angle of upper and lower weights.
