Introduction

Trommel screen has wide range of sizes and capacities, it is a mechanical screening machine used to separate materials. It consists of a perforated cylindrical drum that is normally elevated at an angle at the feed end, motor, reduction unit, screen frame and sealing cover. Trommel screen depends on centrifugal force and jigging action of the drum rolling,differentsize of the crushed materials can be screened and they will be in the respective hoppers and then take away by people or belt conveyor.

Trommel screen is a classification machine for various kinds of materials, for example: compost, agriculture waste recycling, soil, coal, river sand, ore, refractory materials, grape pomace, chemical, waste etc
