YA Circular Vibrating Screen Heavy Mining Stone Coal Sieve Shaker
Introduction
Circular Vibrating Screen utilizes a motor external mopping vibrator to make the screen body reciprocally vibrate in the direction of the exciting force, and the material is circularly moved on the screen surface to achieve the purpose of screening. It consists of vibration source, sieve body, screen mesh, vibration damping device, base, etc. It has reasonable structure and is durable.

Working Principle
Vibrating sieve adopts a dual-vibraion motor drive, when two vibrating motors do synchronous, reverse rotation, the exciting force produced by eccentric block, cancel out in the derection parallel to the motor shaft, and stacked together in the direction perpendicular to the motor shaft, so the trajectory of the screening machine is a straight line. There is a dip angle between screen surface opposite two motor shafts, under the function of excitation force and material weight, the material on the screen surface is tossed leap forward in a straight line, thus achieve the purpose of vibrating sieving.
