Vibration exciter is a device attached to some machinery and equipment to generate excitation force. It is an important part that uses mechanical vibration. The directional force geared vibration exciter can make the excited object obtain a certain form and size of vibration, so as to carry out vibration and strength tests on the object, or calibrate the vibration testing instruments and sensors. The exciter can also be used as an excitation component to form a vibration machine to realize the transportation of materials or objects, screening, compaction, molding and tamping of soil sand and stone.
The directional force geared vibration exciter is divided into inertial electric type, electromagnetic type, electro-hydraulic type, pneumatic type and hydraulic type according to the type of excitation. The exciter can generate unidirectional or multidirectional, simple or non-simple harmonic excitation force. Various types of vibration exciters produce different mechanical effects through different combination modes. Regardless of shaft eccentricity or block eccentricity, all single-axis exciters drive the corresponding equipment to make approximate circular motions. All double-shaft shakers or two single-shaft shakers of the same model and specification are stacked in parallel and run in the opposite direction, driving the corresponding equipment to perform approximately linear vibration, thereby meeting different actual needs.

Working Principle of Directed Vibration Exciters:
When the motor drags the box-type vibration exciter through the transmission shaft, the driving shaft drives the driven shaft through gears, making the two shafts rotated in the opposite direction at equal speed, and driving the eccentric block to produce exciting force, which is transmitted to the vibration machine through the box body.
The exciting force of box type exciter is linear excitation force, so it is also called linear exciter.
