Electromagnetic High Frequency Vibrating Screen Machine for Sand and Cement has a strong adaptability in grading size and has a relative accuracy in the control of particle size. The high frequency play an important role in fine classification and has now become the mainstream of fine grading equipment. Compared with mechanical high frequency screen, electromagnetic high-frequency screen not only delivers the vibration but also plays a role in clearing network for its unique exciting way transforming vibration by hitting the screen, so the electromagnetic high-frequency screen has the obviously advantages in the same type equipment, which has fully embodied in the applications of practice. In addition, because the screen frame of the electromagnetic screen does not move, it is easy to realize the large scale in the structure. The single screen surface area can reach 30 m2, and the electromagnetic high frequency vibrating screen will be the developing trend of fine grading equipment.

Working Principle of Electromagnetic High Frequency Vibrating Screen Machine for Sand and Cement:

The High Frequency Vibrating Mesh Screen machine is applicable to the fine particles sperating of ore grinding and grading production line in concentrating mill, in the condition of suitbal feeding desinty and feeding granularity(-200 mesh), when the difference of demand granularity and feeding granularity is below 30%,then the screening efficiency could be up to 70% above. . Because of it's high screening efficiency, the recycle load and qualified grade levels of the screening materials could be reduced, consequently,the handling capacity of the mill mahcine will be improved by 5%-10%. In the grading and sieving process, the machine can strictly contrlo the granularity size so as to improve the sieving quality. Besides,it also has the funtion of delamination upon the desinty when the ore pulp on effect of small amplitude vibration of the screen surface. The high desinty and small granularity is easy to subside to the screen surface so as to improve the sieving quality.
