Introduction of Linear Vibrating Screen

Linear vibrating screen is a standard and universal screening equipment.

The movement track of its screen box is close to straight line. Almost all the linear vibrating machine are consisted of the screen box, supporting or hanging device, driving unit, vibration isolation etc.

Working principle of Linear Vibrating Screen

linear vibration screen use vibration motor as vibration source, the materials are rose and moved in the straight at the same time. The material are entered into entrance equality, and then go through screen to create the materials with different sizes, which was discharged, from different outlet.

Main Features of Linear Vibrating Screen

1. Small volume, light weight, easy to install and processing set-up;

2. Adopt energy saving vibration motor or vibrator as vibration source;

3. Rubber spring supports and isolates vibration, large capacity, high screening efficiency;

4. The screen is assembled by the standard small pieces. Replacement is extremely convenient.

Open Type (ZSG-□×□): It is seat-type and no dust cover plate structure. Used for big screening capacity and no dust pollution of particle material screening.

Closed Type (ZSGB-□×□): It is seat-type and complete close structure. Used for big screening capacity and dust pollution of particle material screening.
