Introduction:

Working Principle and Structural Principle:
The screen machine is composed of screen frame, vibration system, vibration reduction device, slurry tank and other components.
The pulp enters the screen frame from the pulp box through the pulp inlet pipe, the pulp and the slag are separated by the screen plate, the screened pulp enters the pulp trough and is discharged from the pulp outlet, while the undigested fiber debris enters the slag removal trough from the end of the screen frame and is discharged.
This sieve machine uses a slurry level regulating device to adjust the slurry level in the slurry tank. The slurry level affects the pressure difference during slurry screening and the vibration resistance of the screen frame. When the slurry level is high, the screened slurry is of high quality and the output is low. When the slurry level is low, the opposite is true.
The vibration of the screen frame is achieved by the eccentric wheel driven by the motor. Each is equipped with a circular eccentric weight. By changing the weight or eccentric distance of the eccentric weight, the vibration amplitude of the screen machine can be changed. The vibration reduction mechanism is supported by four springs to support the screen frame, which has the advantages of simple structure and good practical performance.
