China vibroflot supplier (BVEM)
BVEM built 23000 square meters of modern production base in Beijing tongzhou district , where has integrated workshops of mechanical processing, electrical, equipment assembly, maintenance. Combining with test site and storage warehouse, the capacity of production and technique has been best in the industry.
Company set up Marketing Department, engineering department, after-sales service department, research and development department and other functional departments, to implement customer and market orientated diversification business strategy, with the purpose of "create high-quality goods, outperform to serve vibroflotation industry".
China first use of 75KW vibrator for the 30-meter depth sand soil treatment(three gorges project)
China first use of hydraulic vibrator for the treatment of the 240-meter chimney foundation
China first use of hydulic vibrator for the treatment of 32m depth foundation of hydraulic power station
The first one in China who treated the base of oil storage tank with a diameter of more than 60m by vibroflotation method
Vibro techniques
A foundation treatment method by joint action of horizontal vibration and high pressure water to compact the loose sand layer or formed in soft soil of stone column to compose the composite foundation with original soil together.
Vibroflotation benefits
The deep vibro techniques present a very versatile ground improvement method that can be adjusted to a wide variety of ground conditions and foundation requirements. Its execution is comparatively fast even if large volumnes of soil are to be improved and subsequent structural works can follow very quickly. The soil improvement enables the contractor to utilise standard shallow footings which,in turn, leads to additional savings.
Another advantage is the environmental friendliness of vibro techniques,as natural and in situ materials are used. In addition, only a comparatively small quantity of soil is removed during the process.
