Bottom Feed Vibroflot is an advanced tool for soil improvement and ground improvement. With a maximum depth of customization, it is made of durable stainless steel and equipped with circulating water cooling system, powered by 180kW 3 phase motor for increased productivity. It is particularly suitable for replacement stone column applications. With its innovative design, Bottom Feed Vibroflot can improve the bearing capacity of the soil, and enhance the stability of the ground.
The Bottom Feed vibro-replacement is a special method realized by using BOTTOM FEED VIBROFLOTATION DEVICE, which can fill the stones from the outlet located at the bottom of the vibroflot. It mainly used for under water vibroflotation construction or silt clay soil improvement with non-drainage shear strength less than 20kpa.
Under the pushing action of air pressure, the backfill gravel start from the stone bin equipped at the top of vibroflot, go pass through the feeding mid-tube set inside of vibroflot, finally fill out to the bottom of borehole from the outlet located at the bottom of vibroflot
Used for the silty clay soil condition where the shearing strengthen of non-drainage less than 20Kpa
