Functional features
The hydraulic vibrator drives the motor to rotate through the hydraulic power station, and the vibration exciter transmits the vibration force to the soil layer. The hydraulic station can flexibly adjust the vibration frequency of the vibrator according to the stress of different soil layers, so that the vibrator has stronger penetration and can adapt to a wider range of geology.

Vibroflotation construction overview
With the help of high pressure water or air, the horizontal vibration from vibroflot equipment will compact the loose foundation ; or after boring holes in soil layer ,fill the hard coarse materials, to form reinforcement body.Reinforcement bodies form composite foundation with surrounding soil.
Vibro-compaction method:
a. vibro-compaction without filling is suitable for coarse sand, medium coarse sand and gravel medium coarse sand with clay content less than 10%.
b. vibro-compaction with filling sand is suitable for: fine sand, medium fine sand and other foundations.
The method is applied to sandy soil foundation with clay content not exceeding 10%,such as coarse sand, medium coarse sand, gravelly medium coarse sand. Usually the relative density can be increased to over 80% after vibro-compaction.
Top feed vibro stone column is suitable for:
mixed fill soil, fly ash foundation, collapsible soil, silty soil, general clay, soft clay with undrained shear strength greater than 20KPa.
Vibro-replacement stone column method is applied to cohesive soil, soft clay, silty soil, and other soil types, after improvement, the bearing capacity can be improved to 200kPa-400kPa.
