Generalization

This Instrument is a multifunctional earth resistance/earth resistivity tester equipped with a microcomputer.

This Instrument employs DSP processor and digital signal processing technology, which draws earth measurement signals directly, possesses features of high frequency, high accuracy and high resistance, and can measure earth resistance accurately.

The Instrument can measure earth ambient parameters (interference frequency and interference voltage), analyze earth measurement noise, and then select a measurement frequency which can reduce the noisy impacts maximally.

Apart from execution of standard 3-POLE and 4-POLE earth resistance measurements, this Instrument provides a method which can measure earth electrode resistance of a single –point and reticular earth resistance system without cutting off any earth electrode in parallel. This Instrument processes functions of earth resistivity calculation, no-spike earth resistance measurement, equipotential resistance measurement and current measurement with clamps.
