Introduction:
GH3044 wire is a high temperature alloy wire, also known as Inconel 740H. It is a nickel-based alloy wire with excellent high-temperature strength, corrosion resistance and heat resistance.
The main components of GH3044 wire include nickel (Ni), chromium (Cr), molybdenum (Mo), iron (Fe), vanadium (V), aluminum (Al) and other elements. It has excellent high temperature stability and can maintain excellent mechanical properties and corrosion resistance in high temperature environments. The material also exhibits good heat resistance, with a high melting point and resistance to thermal oxidation.
GH3044 wire has good processability and can be processed and formed through heat treatment, cold working and welding. Its high-temperature strength, corrosion resistance and heat resistance make it an ideal material choice for high temperatures and extreme environments. The solution treatment temperature of hot-rolled and cold-rolled plates and strips in the supply state is 1120~1160°C, air cooling, and material performance testing is carried out in the supply state.
We can supply δ4~14mm hot-rolled plates, δ0.5~4mm cold-rolled plates, δ0.1~0.8mm strips, diameter d0.3~10mm, d20~300mm bars and rings of various diameters. Plate and strip are supplied after solid solution, pickling and trimming; wire is supplied in cold drawing, co-prosperity pickling or semi-hard state, and bars and forgings are supplied without heat treatment.
The alloy is smelted using electric arc furnace, non-vacuum induction furnace or vacuum induction furnace + electroslag remelting or vacuum arc remelting process.
