Description

Introduction:

Monel 400 Strip is a nickel alloy material with excellent performance characteristics. It contains no less than 63% nickel, has a density of 8.83 g/cm³, and a melting point between 1300-1350°C. The material has an elongation of 40%, the surface treatment is pickled white, and has good thermal conductivity and mechanical properties, including a yield strength of 240 MPa, a tensile strength of 550 MPa and a hardness of HB 75-90.
Monel 400 Strip is widely used in the food processing industry, mainly in food processing equipment, food storage and transportation. It has excellent corrosion resistance and can resist the erosion of acidic substances, salts and corrosive media during food processing, ensuring the hygiene and safety of food processing.
