Heat Exchanger Gasket:
1. Plate heat exchanger gasket is one of the important components of plate heat exchanger. It is a ring sealing gasket made of material that can produce plastic deformation and has a certain strength: it is installed in the gasket groove along the periphery of the plate. Seal the periphery between the plates to prevent fluid from leaking outward, and seal part of the corner holes according to design requirements to allow cold and hot liquids to flow according to their respective flow channels.
2. There is a sealing gasket on the corrugated plate. The gasket is designed with a double-channel sealing structure and has a signal hole. When the medium leaks from the flow channel seal, it can leak out from the signal hole, so that the problem can be found early and solved without causing the two media to mix.

Installation method
Plate heat exchanger sealing gaskets can be divided into 3 forms according to the installation method on the heat exchange plates:
1. Direct sticking type: After applying sealant on the sealing gasket, it is directly glued into the installation groove of the heat exchange plate.
2. Plastic nail inlaid type: The heat exchange plate is designed with assembly holes, and rubber nails are designed on the side of the sealing gasket. After the sealing gasket is placed in the installation slot, the rubber nails are embedded in the assembly holes.
3. Snap-on type: There are buckles on the side of the sealing gasket, and the buckles are used to buckle the sealing gasket onto the heat exchange plate.
The sealing gasket uses different types of rubber according to different media and operating temperatures.
