Description

80 L hot and cold shock chamber with -40~+150°C temperature for testing components

-----Features-----

1. Nickel-chromium electric heater;
2. Internal spiral k-type refrigerant copper tube;
3, the original imported energy-saving efficient compressor;
Slope type FIN -- TUBE evaporator; 4.
5. Original imported solenoid valve, drying filter, capillary tube and other refrigeration components;
6. Adopt air-cooled condenser;
7. High stability R502 environmental protection refrigerant is used as refrigerant;
8. The refrigeration system adopts single-stage compressor, which is fast and stable.
9. Multi-wing circulating fan is adopted in heat storage area and cold storage area to force air flow convection and improve uniform temperature effect.

-----System description-----

1. The system can make automatic cycle impact or manual selective impact;
2. Temperature sensor PT100 transmits signal to touch programmable controller.
3. High temperature or low temperature mode impact can be set arbitrarily;
4. The internal action program is connected by PLC and controller to prevent misoperation.
5. Automatic stop, circuit and warning signal are provided in case of failure;
6. When setting high or low temperature separately, it can also be used for time control, with the maximum time up to 999 hours;
7. The maximum CYCLE is 999 times.
