The Standard series full automatic vision measurement machine is capable to use on the production line, offers powerful measuring instrument for mass production.
Three axis are using precise cross guide way to ensure high accuracy and stability.

The CNC (Automatic) Video Measuring Machine H seroes, equipped with a powerful AUTOMATIC image measuring software QSD3M, can make non-contact measuring and quick batch measuring with powerful programming and automatic measurement.

2. With fast automatic focus, automatic edge finding, powerful programming and automatic measurement functions
3. Sub-pixel subdivision technology is adopted to improve boundary resolution

5. SPC data processing and analysis, and mass fixture measurement
6. X, Y, Z axis servo control, high positioning accuracy, fast speed, smooth operation
7. Adopt the self-developed embedded module control system, integrate the complex control system into the instrument, and achieve higher stability
8. Program-controlled constant-current driven eight-zone surface cold light source, suitable for complex workpiece measurement
