2. Washing and upkeep instructions :

1. To preserve the health and brilliance of your hair , we recommend that you wash and condition at leave once every two weeks or once every week. Prior to washing , make sure to carefully brush down your hair from bottom to top.

2. Wash it with lukewarm water and mild shampoo. Do not rub or twist it , follow with conditioner.

3. With a towel, gently squeeze the excess water from your hair then pat it down from the top to the bottom of the shaft to keep the cuticle laying flat. To prevent frizzing refrain from aggressive toweling and rubbing of hair.

4. After excess moisture has been removed spray your hair with leave-in conditioner and brush with a large tooth comb.

5. Dry and style hair as recommended by your hair stylist.

1. Question : How long does it last?

Answer : Usually can use 1-2 years but some clients told us they use our hair for 3 years and the hair still looks well.

2. Question : Why are my hair getting tangled?

Answer : Your Hair Extensions can tangle due to being to dryness, oil & dirt build-up, salt-water, chlorine and not combing(wide tooth comb) out your hair daily. Make sure to wash & condition your hair at least once a week, twice a week is better. Use hydrating drops or consult your stylist for more help. Hair with inferior quality is easy to tangle, don’t buy the cheapest goods.

3. Question : Can straighten and curl the hair?

Answer : Yes you could use hair straightener or hair curler to style the hair. However, don't do it too frequently, or the heat will make the hair easily get dry and tangled

4. Question : What type of hair care products should I use?

Answer : Treat this hair just as if it was your own hair. Use good quality shampoo and conditioning products. Conditioning your hair is very important to keep it soft and manageable, so use leave in conditioners. You can also use products like gel and hair spray to keep the curls in place, but make sure to wash your hair and not leave in these products in for a long time.

1 ) Return / Refund is accepted within 7 days. Please contact with us if you want to return the goods.

2 ) To avoid delivery lost , return should be arranged by register airmail. And the shipping fees of return should be paid by the buyer.

3 ) Please leave the goods as they were. We do not accept the damaged ones.

4 ) If wrong item is received , please contact us we will send replaced ones at once. And send us back the wrong one. We will be the one who pay for express fee because it is our mistake.
