DESCRIPTION


Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE), commonly known as "non-stick coating" or "easy-to-clean materials ". This material has the characteristics of antacid and alkali resistance, resistance to various organic solvents, and is almost insoluble in all solvents. APPLICATION

The mechanical properties of PTFE can be greatly improved by adding any filler that can withstand the sintering temperature of PTFE while maintaining other excellent properties of PTFE. The filled varieties include glass fiber, metal, metalized oxide, graphite, molybdenum disulfide, carbon fiber, polyimide, EKONOL…, etc. the wear resistance and limit PV value can be increased 1000 times.
