DESCRIPTION
Cast nylon (MC nylon), also known as monomer cast nylon, is a product blank obtained by direct polymerization of a mold with caprolactam monomer under the action of a strong base and some cocatalysts. The molecular weight of MC nylon is as high as 70,000 to 100,000, so its comprehensive performance is quite excellent.
[1] MC nylon color (ivory white)
The characteristics of unmodified cast nylon 6 are very similar to PA66. It has good binding performance, strength, rigidity and hardness, resistance to deformation, wear resistance, heat and aging resistance.
[2] Natural color of oily nylon (green)
It is specially developed for the manufacture of parts that cannot be lubricated, with high load and low operating degree. It has a lower friction coefficient and better wear resistance than ordinary nylon.
[3] Aluminium disulfide nylon color (gray black)
The powder containing molybdenum disulfide can improve the load-bearing capacity and wear resistance of the unmodified cast nylon without affecting the durability and fatigue performance of the unmodified cast nylon.
MAIN FEATURES
