Packing Seals Were Originally Plugged With Fibers Such As Cotton And Hemp In The Leakage Channel To Prevent Liquid Leakage, And Were Mainly Used As Shaft Seals For Water Lifting Machinery. Now Packing Is Widely Used In Rotary Shaft Seals Of Centrifugal Pumps, Compressors, Vacuum Pumps, Mixers And Ship Propellers, Piston Pumps, Reciprocating Compressors, Reciprocating Shaft Seals Of Refrigerators, And Rotary Seals Of Various Valve Stems, Etc. .

PTFE graphite fiber braided packing is made of polytetrafluoroethylene wire containing graphite particles. It has a strong tear strength and high thermal conductivity, low friction coefficient and it makes it stable and long life.
