Inspection details

This project used the unique OCR visual inspection equipment of TST, using a 2-megapixel industrial camera, and cooperated with the visual processing software system independently developed by TST, to read the code, character presence or absence, character and two-dimensional of the antigen kit. The code position detection realizes the automatic process of the production process, which can effectively replace manual detection, reduce the production cost of the enterprise, and greatly improve the production efficiency and product qualification rate.
