2. Inspection principle

Through the docking conveying device (the paper-plastic cup needs to be output in a straight line with the mouth upright, and the product spacing needs to be kept above the radius of the cup mouth), the products are stably and orderly transported to a specific station, and then passed through the industrial The camera transmits the captured high-pixel image of the sample to the image processing software. After system analysis, it determines the good and bad products, and controls the corresponding pneumatic components to remove the bad products, and finally collects qualified products.

The software will open the sample comparison standard, and the production personnel at the customer site can control the comparison accuracy and select the most suitable accuracy standard for their own production conditions, thereby controlling the defect rate.


In the actual inspection, due to the influence of the critical fluctuation state of the data of some inspection items, it will lead to a certain probability of false inspection of the product, which can be adjusted through the parameter setting of the system software to achieve the actual inspection effect.Notes :

Black spots, stains, hair, impurities (different colors) will be analyzed and processed according to the black spot detection index. The contrast difference of this gray value should be greater than 40, which can be effectively detected. If the sample has transparent oil stains or light-colored black spots, and the gray value contrast difference is low (below 40), the expected detection effect cannot be achieved.

Considering the complex structure of the product, in the actual inspection application, there may be a very small detection blind area in the overlapping area of the structure in the plane lens imaging, and the image cannot be collected in this blind area, so it cannot be effectively detected.

2, Camera Instructions:

For the plane of the cup mouth, install a set of industrial camera directly above the product, and use it with the visual light source to collect the plane images of the cup mouth, the inner wall of the cup, and the bottom of the cup for analysis and processing.

In the outer side area of the cup body, since the height of the cup body exceeds the width range of a single camera, it is necessary to divide the cup body into two parts: upper and lower parts, each part adopts a ring layout of 4 sets of cameras, a total of 8 sets of cameras, which are used with the visual light source , collect the images of the outer side of the cup body for analysis and processing.

On the outer bottom of the cup, the mouth of the cup body is suspended by the vacuum adsorption belt, and a set of industrial cameras is installed directly under the product, which is used with the visual light source to collect the images of the outer bottom of the cup for analysis and processing.

3. After the paper-plastic cup is detected, the counting function can be realized. The detection equipment needs to be regularly maintained and cleaned during use (such as conveyor belt cleaning, camera cleaning, etc.).
