Inspection principle
Double-station independent inspection, four cameras at 90° each other take pictures from the side to inspect the side wall of the bottle cap, and a single camera takes photos from top to bottom to inspect the top of the cap, achieving 360° full-view inspection, eliminating the distortion caused by the fisheye lens question. Through the encoder trigger mode, the NG (defective product) blowing ports of the two stations are merged into one blowing port with the recorded data of the encoder to ensure that the equipment can run at high speed without external interference.
Inspection solutions
1. Prevent distortion and realize 360° full-view detection
A single camera takes pictures from top to bottom to detect the top of the cover, the mechanical structure is simple, and the camera light source is easy to install.
2. Eliminate interference and trigger accurately (photographing)
First, through software program optimization and hardware configuration upgrade, ensure that the performance of the detection part meets the requirements. Afterwards, through the encoder trigger function of the image processing system FH series, the trigger position is advanced to realize the separation of the trigger position and the photographing position, which can not only eliminate the interference of optical fiber red light, but also realize precise triggering (photographing) at different speeds .
3. Accurate elimination of NG (defective products)
There are two key factors affecting the rejection of NG (defective product):
No matter which value of the two key factors (L and T) deviates, it may cause missed blowing, excessive blowing or wrong blowing. Therefore, through the way of encoder triggering, the encoder position of NG (defective product) is recorded by PLC, and then the parameters are modified in conjunction with the machine interface to achieve precise rejection (it is blown off by the blow valve).
