PRODUCT OVERVIEW

P16 Outdoor full color DIP LED modules are with IP65 waterproof level, high emitting efficiency, long lifespan. Which has good display effects, bright color, high brightness, far viewing distance, very suitable for outdoor traffic variable message signs and outdoor advertising displays usage.

PRODUCT FEATURES

High brightness: use high brightness LED lamps High uniformity: LED display with super high color uniformity, display images are more smooth Good flatness: the surface flatness of module mounting are within ±0.2mm Good effect: using non-linear correction, the image clearer, and have an extra layer ; Wide waterproof aprons: using wide waterproof aprons, making contact area more wide from the frame cabinet to module ,good seal, good waterproof effect. Reliability: using a variety of scanning technology and Modular design techniques, higher reliability and stability stability board : board’ circuit using wave soldering machine, with green oil oxygen barrier, preventing the line of wet and oxidation to improve working life; With three anti-paint: protect the board’ circuit and related equipment from the erosion of a bad environment; have a good resistance to high temperature; after cured into a transparent protective film, has a superior effect of defect the board form electroconductive, moisture, leakage power, shock-proof dust, corrosion, aging and corona ,etc. Waterproof glue: automatic glue-pouring machine, to ensure uniform, smooth, and waterproof; Strict testing: Products through a series of stringent testing and measures, such as raw material testing, production process testing, product aging testing etc.
