1 Product overview

1.1 Profile

This training equipment is mainly composed of various types of industrial sensors, pneumatic control unit, electrical switches, PLC programmable logic controller, human-machine interface(HMI) and so on, the conveyor belt unit, the bin module, vacuum, handling module, tri-axial manipulator handling module, three-dimensional storage module, touch screen unit composed of workstations, such as a mechanical and electrical integration equipment mechanical platform. Through the relevant experiment, can be familiar with pneumatic actuator system operation characteristics, based on Siemens 200 PLC motion control system, touch screen and PLC communication method, etc., trains the student to the corresponding knowledge and skills, suitable for, higher vocational colleges, secondary vocational schools and vocational school related professional teaching and skills training examination.
