3. Working principle

The compressor is directly driven by the motor, which causes the crankshaft to rotate, and the connecting rod causes the piston to reciprocate, causing the cylinder volume to change. Due to the pressure change in the cylinder, the air is passed through the air cleaner (muffler) into the cylinder through the intake valve. During the compression stroke, due to the reduction of the volume of the cylinder, the compressed air passes through the exhaust valve and passes through the exhaust pipe. The check valve (check valve) enters the gas storage tank, and when the exhaust pressure reaches the rated pressure, it is controlled by a pressure switch to automatically stop. When the pressure of the gas storage tank drops to 0.5--0.6MPa, the pressure switch is automatically connected and started.
