1 Product overview

1.1 Overview

Industrial automation network communication integrated training equipment is based on Siemens fully integrated automation training platform, suitable for universities, colleges, technical schools, engineer training centers. Based on Siemens' three-tier network structure:

The first layer: The main equipment is an industrial PC. Enterprise management, two Siemens S7-300 PLCs,

The second layer: the process monitoring layer, the main equipment is two Siemens S7-300 PLC, to communicate with the first layer through Profinet.

The third layer: scene control layer. The main equipment is Siemens S7-1200PLC, Siemens inverter, AC contactor, DC contactor, button indicator module, etc. It communicates with the second and third layers through PROFIBUS or Profinet protocol.

1.2 Features

(1) The training platform adopts an aluminum profile column frame structure, and the bottom of the training platform is equipped with universal wheels for flexible movement. Various modules are placed on the panel, easy to use and not easy to damage.

(2) There are various types of communication modules, which can be combined and used in a variety of ways.

(3) The overall structure adopts open and disassembly type, which can easily replace the modules. The content of the modules is determined according to the principles of productive functions and integrated learning functions, so that the required modules can be easily selected during teaching or competition.

3.1 Training table

The training table is supported by aluminum profile pillars, and the bottom universal wheels are braked for flexible movement and positioning. The desktop adopts a 25mm-thick high-density substrate, and the surface is treated with high temperature and high pressure fireproof board veneer.
