Thermal relay is the most widely used motor overload protection device, but the thermal relay has low sensitivity, large error, poor stability and unreliable protection. This is precisely the fact that, although many devices have thermal relays installed, the phenomenon of motor damage that affects normal production still prevails. The traditional protection device has not yet been able to realize the motor wear monitoring, rotor eccentric monitoring products.
