1. Ferris wheel system, shorten the distance of products from baking template to rolling

mold, reduce the weight of sugar and oil.

2. The cup holder system ensures that the length diameter of the cone products is more

standardized and the flat mouth is more perfect.

3. Rotary plate co-direction cup connection system, a new cup connection system, with the

equipment, and roll mold return cup run at the same level, to ensure that the cone cup more

accurately fall into the cup groove, to achieve higher automation.

Cone Ejection System.

Easy to use and maintain. Flexible cone ejector device with springs allows cone

diameter within 2mm difference to be ejected, no matter flat-top or natural rimmed

cone.

Star-Reel system

Wafer takes shorter path from baking plates to rolling molds. Use of sugar and oil can

be reduced.

Cone length control devices

Control the length,diameter,size of sugar cone and perfect flat topped.

Sychronized Rotary Cone Transferring System

Same horizontal movement with the rolling reel during cone ejection to ensure perfect

cone transfer.

‘Heart to heart’ rotation device

Place natural rimmed cone into the same position before packing.

Durable Baking Plates.

Material is nodular cast iron. It is stable and durable. Still good in our factory after
10 years use. Plates are designed and patented in a way to maximize heat absorption.

Gas system.

Imported Gas System parts, various choice, the touch screen panel can control the

fire volume directly.
