PRODUCT FEATURESS


1. Tooth side clearance can be adjusted.
In the meshing of harmonic gear transmission, the gap between the flexspline and the rigid gear mainly depends on the shape of the wave generator and the tooth profile of the two gears. Therefore, the backlash can be adjusted to make the transmission backlash small, even in some cases. Can reach zero side clearance

2. High transmission efficiency.
Compared with other transmissions of the same speed ratio, harmonic transmission has a high efficiency due to the small number of moving parts and the low speed of the meshing tooth surface. With the difference in speed ratio (u=60-250), the efficiency is about 65 -About 90% (lower efficiency of harmonic complex wave transmission), the wear of tooth surface is very small.

3. Good coaxiality.
The high-speed shaft and low-speed shaft of the harmonic gear reducer are located on the same axis.

4. Conveniently realize differential transmission.
Because of the three basic components of harmonic gear transmission, any two can be active and the third can be driven. If the wave generator, rigid wheel and flexible wheel are driven, a differential transmission mechanism can be formed. Conveniently realize fast and slow working conditions. This is of great practical value to the tool-moving mechanism of many machine tools. With proper design, the structural performance of the tool-moving part of the machine tool can be greatly changed.
