PRODUCT FEATURESS

Advantages:

1. Simple structure, small size and light weight
Under the condition of the transmission ratio and load-bearing conditions, the harmonic gear drive can reduce the volume and weight of general gear reducers by about 1/3 to 1/2.

2. Large transmission ratio range
The transmission ratio of the single-stage harmonic reducer can reach 50-160 (if planetary wave generator is used, the transmission ratio can be expanded to 150-4000).
The transmission ratio of the compound transmission can be higher.

3. There are many pairs of teeth meshing at the same time
The number of teeth meshed simultaneously by the dual-wave harmonic reducer can reach 30% or more. In the ordinary gear transmission, the number of teeth meshed at the same time is only 2-7%, and the number of teeth meshed at the same time for a straight cylindrical involute gear is only 1-2 pairs. It is precisely because of the unique advantage of a large number of meshing teeth at the same time that the harmonic transmission has a high precision and a large load-bearing capacity of the teeth, thereby achieving a large speed ratio and a small volume.
