CTU Robot For 10m Shelves Cartons Storage Automatic Warehouse System With After-Sales Service And Warranty

CTU (Carton Transfer Unit) is an automated unmanned picking and handling robot. It can transfer multiple goods simultaneously which improves the picking efficiency and storage capacity.

CLX A42T Series is newly innovated and developped CTU robot upgraded from A42 Series, with extensible arm which make even higher load and unload avaliable, and make greater use of the warehouse height. Same as A42 Series, A42T is also used on carton or plastic container sorting, pickup and storage, with multi-layers working smoothly at max capacity 300kg.

Nowadays the CTU robots are widely used on different fields like electronic parts, home appliances, machine accessories, cloth accessories even some online shops warehouse etc.

FEATURE

1. Based on AGV structure and navigation functions, with AMR function extensibility;

2. For carton and plastic container load/unload;

3. Max 8 +1 layer shelves, each layer max capacity ≦50kg, total capacity ≦300kg;

4. shelves less than 10 meters;

5. Each CTU can work at 20-30 cartons/hour, with high efficiency;

6. Only working on container cargo , more stable;

7. WCS: with WCS, for better warehouse management;

8. Intelligence: can work with ERP, WMS, for whole factory intelligent management.

Please have a careful evaluation of storage requests before building the shelves:
(1)What is your products, in what field? How many storage positions in need?
(2)What is your production capacity, input capacity?
(3)What is your cargo output speed, how many cargos to release for every day, and how long time for cargo storage?
(4)The storage position should be marked with QR code or bar code, so as to finish cargo positioning.
