Quality Control

Our "Inspection and Test Management Program" is set up to manage and regulate the inspection and control process of the ex-work finished products so that the responsibility and work of all the departments is clear.

Inspection Instructions for Finished Light Fittings and Inspection Instructions for Finished Electrical Equipments set up to control and manage the ex-work products.

We organize 100% self-inspection in plant and full-time inspection by quality management department based on the key points such as the explosion-proof performance, safety performance (electrical strength) and product function, etc.. And we arrange 100% self-inspection in plant on the Non-critical project such as product appearance and clearance, inspectors in the quality management department will inspect each batch by following ISO2895, one-time sampling inspection procedure. We can provide written Ex-work Inspection Report completely following users’ requirements.

The quality management is a direct responsibility of the General Manager; we have set up the quality inspection department, the inspection and testing center, the measurement center, and the quality management department internally, and we follow one authority principle, consistent responsibility and power principle, and non-vacancy & non-overlapping principle to ensure the authority and the uniqueness of quality control. And we have the only one CNAS certified laboratory in the explosion-proof industry.
