Product Overview

Intelligent high temperature aerobic fermentation equipment

LGK series of large-scale intelligent high-temperature aerobic fermentation equipment is an intelligent integrated equipment that
specializes in processing organic wastes such as poultry manure, agricultural waste, and high-temperature biological fermentation
bacteria. The organic matter is biodegraded and decomposed, so that the organic waste is converted into organic fertilizer raw
materials, which can be used for soil improvement and landscaping, and finally realize the resource utilization of organic waste.
The intelligent high-temperature aerobic fermentation equipment produced by our company is advanced technology imported from
Japan, combined with the current domestic breeding situation to make improvements, and produce high-efficiency fermentation
equipment suitable for the country.

Scope of application
◊Livestock and poultry manure: chicken manure, pig manure, cow and sheep manure, duck manure, etc.
◊Agricultural waste: straw, soybean meal, cotton meal, etc.
◊Industrial waste: grains, vinegar grains, cassava residues, sugar residues, etc.

Complete solutions for resource septic treatment and organic fertilizer equipment

Basic conditions for process operation
Feed water content: the water content should be maintained at 70%±5;
The temperature should be maintained between 50~65°C, and the time of maintaining above 55°C should be more than 3 days;
Carbon to nitrogen ratio (C/N): (20-30): 1;
The pH value is controlled between 7~8.5;
Organic matter content: content ≥20%;
