Dissolved air flotation (DAF) is one of the most important and effective process in the treatment of all types of water -industrial and urban wastewater treatment, water processing and water reuse of processes.

Dissolved air flotation is based on a Physics-chemical process which separates solid-liquid particles by the addition of very small air bubbles. These bubbles stick on solid particles and give them a high rate of ascent. Once in the surface, the solids and sludge are pulled mechanically to the hopper.

Finally, in the surface of the flotation unit a scraper system pulls the generated sludge to the hopper for collecting it and the clarified water is discharged in a spillway on the opposite side.

In the meanwhile, heavier particles that could not reach a lower density than water are kept in the sedimentation chamber to be recirculated at the beginning of the water treatment line to receive the appropriate treatment.

   A: TT and L/C are acceptable and TT will be more appreciated. 30% deposit before producing, 70% balance before loading by TT.

   A: It depends on order quantities. Generally speaking, the delivery time will be within 4 to 6 weeks.

   A: We use standard package. If you have special package requirements, we will pack as required, but the fees will be paid by customers.

   A: We use the world-famous paint, like SigmaCoatings, PainBow,etc. What's more, we paint strictly according to the standard process.
   11. Q: How do you manufacture your equipment?
   A: Our machining technology includes laser/plasma cutting, automatic welding, CNC cutting and bending.
   12. Q: How to install after the equipment arriving destination?
   A: We will provide detailed illustrations to you. If it is necessary, we will send technicians to help you. However, the visa fee, air tickets, accommodation, wages will be paid by buyers.
