Working principle:
Mechanical filters use one or more filter media, under a certain pressure, so that the original solution passes through the media
to remove impurities, thereby achieving the purpose of filtration. The internal packing is generally: quartz sand, anthracite,
granular porous ceramics, manganese sand, etc., users can choose to use according to the actual situation.
The mechanical filter is mainly used to reduce the turbidity in the water by using fillers, and to retain one of the conventional
water treatment methods for removing water suspended solids, organic substances, colloidal particles, microorganisms, chlorine
odor, and some heavy metal ions, so that the water supply is purified.
Mechanical filter (also known as multi-media filter, quartz sand filter). It is a pressure type filter that uses the purified
quartz sand filter filled in the filter. When the influent water flows through the filter layer from top to bottom, the suspended
matter and viscose particles in the water are removed, thereby reducing the water turbid. Performance: It is mainly used for
pretreatment of turbidity, demineralized water, electrodialysis, and reverse osmosis of water treatment, and can also be used for
surface water and groundwater. It can effectively remove suspended solids in water, organic matter, colloids, silt and so on. Application:
For water treatment process, it is mainly used for pretreatment of turbidity, reverse osmosis, and ion exchange softening and
desalination systems for water treatment, and can also be used for surface water and groundwater removal of sediment. The influent
turbidity requirement is less than 20 degrees, and the effluent turbidity can reach 3 degrees or less.
It can be widely used in electronic power, petrochemicals, metallurgy plating, paper and textile, pharmaceutical dialysis, food
and beverage, drinking water, factory water, swimming pool. It can meet the liquid filtration needs of various industries.
