Wastewater Filter Media Swimming Pool Filter Ball Fiber Back Washable Filler

Swimming pool filter fiber ball is made of 100% polyester. Its unique craftsmanship makes our fiber ball's fiber filament more fluffy, each fiber filament's gap is larger, in this case, even the fiber ball's weight is same, but our fiber ball's volume would be larger, so its filtration is better than others.

Fiber ball has different sizes, 30 / 40-50 / 50-60mm, different sizes have different craftsmanship, and the application is also different. Compared with other size, 50-60mm Fiber ball is most suitable filter for swimming pool and spa, so it is the most common size in the European market.

700g Fiber ball ≈ 25kg sand

Swimming pool filter fiber ball is the more suitable replacement of sand, 700g fiber ball's filtration effect is similar with 25kg sand, but it is more light than sand, and fiber ball can be back washed by washing machine for many times. Compared with sand, it is much easier for clients to stock, change wash and cost-effective.

Huisen Swimming pool filter fiber ball is suitable for most kinds sand filter, and after our clients' testing, compared with sand, when the two pumps simultaneously run 3 hours, the fiber ball's filtration effect is much better than sand, the water filtered by fiber ball is clearer.

Fiber ball follows the following filtering principles:

In the process of filtration, the gap of the filter layer gradually becomes smaller along the direction of water flow, which is more in line with the ideal porosity distri bution of the filter material from the top to the bottom, thus forming fast filter speed.

We have three package method:

(1) Woven bag, our woven bag is double layer, the inner part is water-proved;

(2) Plastic bag + woven bag, 500 / 700g per transparent bag, then put into woven bag to protect the plastic bag;

(3) Plastic bag + white / colorful box + pallet / master carton, 500 / 700g per transparent bag, then put into small box. Please note if you want to use colorful box, please provide us your trademark authorization.

Normally we can put 143 woven bags per 20GP container if use first package method.
