DESCRIPTION

Fine bubble tube diffuser, abbreviated as tubular aerator, is a new type of energy-saving microporous aerator. STRUCTURE

FEATURES

The non-clogging fine bubble tube diffuser is designed with automatic cleaning and prevention of sewage reverse flow. The membrane contracts and closes in a timely manner when the blower suspends air supply, preventing sewage from seeping back into the tubular aerator. When the blower is restarted, the membrane expands and releases bubbles, bouncing away sludge adhering to its surface. This maintenance-free feature makes it a suitable choice for activated sludge construction. The microporous aerator's diffusion adhesive is made of imported rubber, providing excellent physical and mechanical properties. The accessories and air pipes are made of engineering plastics, which are corrosion-resistant and have high performance, reducing the workload of operation and maintenance.

PRINCIPLE

Fine bubble tube diffuser is a water treatment oxygen-filling device. Its working principle is that oxygen is transported by a blower through a pipeline and enters the microporous aerator through a pipeline. Then, microporous bubbles are blown out through the microporous membrane on the aerator, fully diffusing and mixing into the mixed liquid, allowing the oxygen in the bubbles to dissolve into the mixed liquid, providing dissolved oxygen required for microbial biochemical reactions, and ensuring sufficient mixing of sewage, Keep the activated sludge in a suspended state. By fully contacting the three phases of mud, water, and gas, it is ensured that activated sludge fully utilizes the dissolved oxygen in the water to decompose organic pollutants.
