DESCRIPTION

STRUCTURE

The tubular microporous aerator adopts a tubular structure, and the membrane tension is greatly reduced compared to the disc aerator.

The rubber film of the tubular aerator adopts natural rubber adhesive and aging formula to extend the service life of the film

Uniform opening with a large number of holes, with each group having 6624 holes × 2 (ordinary disc type microporous aerator Φ 215 for 2000 holes).

FEATURES

This maintenance-free feature is a good choice for activated sludge construction. Due to the fact that the diffusion adhesive of the microporous aerator is made of imported rubber, it has excellent physical and mechanical properties. The accessories and air pipes are composed of engineering plastics, so they are not afraid of corrosion and have possible performance, reducing the workload of operation and maintenance.
