Description

Product Description:

1. The aeration disc gland is designed with a protrusion downward along the end, and there are several rods on the lower side of the protrusion and in the groove of the support coil. The diameter of the diaphragm wire is thickened to 10mm. After the product is assembled, the gland is lifted, the diaphragm is firmly fixed in the groove of the support disc, and the ribs are stuck in the internal rubber diaphragm to firmly seal and grasp the diaphragm to prevent the diaphragm from falling off.

2. The root of the disc aerator thread is strengthened to prevent the thread from breaking. The optimized design of the air duct structure and the expansion of the pore area, as well as the corner chamfer design, reduce the resistance loss of the product in the working state.

3. There are 6 "L"-shaped grab bars around the outer cover of the aerator gland. Under the working conditions of the aerator, the creep of the plastic gland due to the long-term expansion pressure of the membrane can be prevented, which can cause the diaphragm to fall off.
